I’ve been going to Dr. Hayes ever since he took over this office’s practice and I’m very happy to call him my dentist. The office is always clean and welcoming, the front staff is warm and helpful, every hygienist and assistant who has worked on my teeth have been super gentle, thorough, efficient, and just incredibly nice and professional. Dr. Hayes himself is just awesome. The nicest man, very down to earth, cares about you as a person and as a patient, and I’ve never felt rushed or that I didn’t have his full attention. He has come in on weekends when a temporary tooth fell out, he’s been super responsive to emergencies, and each time he works on my teeth, he is skilled, confident, does excellent work, and is very gentle. I also love that the entire team gets along well and you can feel the good energy and collegiality in the office. Very copacetic and it’s clear the team operates well with the mutual respect among them. Overall, the dental work is excellent, the experience in the chair is excellent, and I’m happy to finally write a review after years of being a very happy and appreciative patient.

From the moment I stepped into the office at 99 Scripps Dr, I was struck by the perfect balance of a state-of-the-art clinical environment and an inviting, professional atmosphere. Dr. Jonathan Hayes is truly an exceptional clinician and a master craftsman. He is definitely the best dentist I’ve ever visited. His approach to dentistry is meticulously evidence-based; he doesn’t just perform a procedure—he provides a comprehensive roadmap for long-term oral health. Between the detailed digital imaging and his thorough explanations, I have always felt completely informed and confident in my care plan. Whether it’s a routine exam or complex restorative work, Dr. Hayes’ attention to detail ensures a seamless, pain-free experience. I especially value his integrity; there has never been any pressure for unnecessary treatments, only honest advice focused on what’s best for the patient. His team, Laura and Katina, is phenomenal, professional and knowledgeable. The administrative side is just as polished. As a first time user of Dr. Jonathan Hayes D.D.S. I can't say enough about how happy I am with his beautiful facility, warm and caring staff and with Dr Hayes himself. My visits were pleasant and painless. Many thanks Dr. & staff - keep up the good work!

I’m rarely impressed and I never have anything good to say about a dental visit. Today, that changed. I had a dental appointment with the office of Dr. John Hayes and his staff. It was like no other that I have ever experience before. Everyone is so nice and I feel like everyone is genuinely happy to be there and feels like a tight family that they want you to be apart of. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr Hayes is extremely thorough and patient with explaining everything to me. He has a very good way of explaining to you how he wants to go about helping you. My cleaning with Janice was exceptional. She was very personable, kind, gentle, yet thorough. She also is very knowledgeable and educational. I highly recommend Dr. Hayes and his staff and happy to say I’ve found my new home.

I value the care and health of my dental treatment! I was grateful for Dr Walters all the years he was my dentist and was a little reluctant when he retired. I’ve had Dr Hayes ever since but today’s replacing a crown was the first time he had worked on a procedure for me. I was at ease from the very start and luv how he explains what he’s doing and even asked if I had any questions! His gentle nature and thoughtfulness was very refreshing! I am pleased with his work & how innovated and current his dentistry is to be up on current trends in dentistry! I am writing this review because I was so impressed with his dentistry today and warm and caring nature. I highly recommend him and his staff and that you might find the same to be true! Healthcare can be a tricky experience these days and when you find someone that really truly cares about you and does excellent work it’s important to share it. Thank you Dr. Hayes and staff!
